We ship from UK and EU warehouses. Most UK orders arrive in 2 to 5 working days. Delivery is £2.95, or free on orders over £25.

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There are no handling fees, no surcharges, and nothing added at the final step.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

If your order is late

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email us at Info@chaseandchewstore.com with your order number. We will either resend it or refund you in full. You do not need to chase the courier. That is our job.
