Chase & Chew started with three: Stevie, a Kokoni who once chewed through a wooden baby gate to reach the rest of the house; Jackson, a Vizsla-Labrador firmly convinced the sofa is his; and Ackee, the cat who supervised the pair of them. None of it was spite. They were bored, and we had given them nothing better to do. So we went looking for the things that would — and only kept the ones that actually worked.
