Shipping Options

    • UK & USA: Free shipping on orders over $50; otherwise, a flat rate of $9.99 applies.

    • Delivery time: 5-8 business days.

  2. Express Shipping:

    • Available for an additional fee of $19.99.

    • Delivery time: 2-4 business days.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Use this link to monitor your package’s progress in real-time.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select countries outside the UK and USA. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Please note that customs fees or import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

Pre-orders & Backorders

  • If your order contains pre-order or backorder items, these will ship as soon as they become available. Other items in your order may ship separately.

Returns & Refunds

  • If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping charges). Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
