Reviews policy

Where our reviews come from

Every review on this site comes from a verified purchase. Reviews are collected by our review provider, which only invites a review after an order has been delivered.

We do not write reviews. We do not commission them. We do not ask friends or family to write them.

What we publish

We publish every review we receive, positive or negative, unedited except to remove:

• personal information (surnames, addresses, order numbers)
• content that is abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful
• content that is not about the product

We do not delete negative reviews. We do not reorder reviews to bury them. The star rating shown on a product is the unweighted average of every published review of that product.

Incentives

We do not currently offer any incentive, discount, free product, or prize entry in exchange for a review.

If we ever do, every review collected that way will be clearly labelled as incentivised, on the review itself, so you can weigh it accordingly.

If we have no reviews

Where a product has no reviews, we show nothing. We will never display a rating, a star, or a review count that is not based on real verified purchases.

Reporting a review

If you believe a review on this site is fake, incentivised without disclosure, or otherwise misleading, email Info@chaseandchewstore.com. We will investigate within five working days and remove it if we cannot verify it.

How we check

• Reviews are only invited after a verified, delivered order
• Our review provider flags duplicate accounts and suspicious submission patterns
• We review our published ratings quarterly to confirm they reflect the reviews actually received
• We keep a record of every review removed and why

Last reviewed 10 July 2026. We review this policy every six months.
