Ordering & delivery

How long will my order take?

Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 working days. We dispatch within 1 to 2 working days and email you a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse, so you can follow it the whole way.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is £2.95, or free on orders over £25. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No handling fees, no surcharges, nothing added at the final step.

Why 7 to 15 days and not faster?

We don't hold our own stock. Orders ship from partner warehouses in the UK, the EU and further afield, depending on where the item is in stock when you order. That's how a shop this small can sell a lick mat for £12.99 rather than £24.99. We would rather quote 7 to 15 days and surprise you than promise 3 and let you down.

Where do you ship?

United Kingdom only, for now.

My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?

If it's been more than 20 working days, email us your order number and we'll chase it, resend it, or refund you in full. You don't need to chase the courier yourself. That's our job.

Returns & refunds

It arrived damaged, faulty, or wrong. What now?

Send us a photo within 30 days and we'll refund you or send a replacement, whichever you prefer. You won't need to post anything back. Return postage on a £12 lick mat costs more than the lick mat.

I changed my mind. Can I return it?

Yes. Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order, then send it back within 14 days of telling us, unused and in its original packaging. You pay the return postage, and we refund you within 14 days of the item arriving back, including the original standard delivery charge.

Is anything not returnable?

For hygiene reasons, and only once used, we can't take back grooming gloves, brushes and combs, toothbrushes, or lick mats, snuffle mats and food bowls. If any of these arrive faulty, your 30 day right to reject still applies. Full detail is on our returns and refunds page.

Products

Why do you only sell twenty-three products?

Because we'd rather have an opinion than a warehouse. Everything we stock has to fix a repeat problem, work without batteries or motors, and earn its place over anything similar. If it doesn't, we don't list it.

Do your products really do what they claim?

Only the things we can stand behind. Every product page has a section headed “What it isn't” where we tell you what a product won't do. It costs us sales. It also means that when we say something works, you've got a reason to believe us.

Reviews

Are your reviews real?

Every review comes from a verified purchase, collected only after an order is delivered. We publish them all, good and bad, unedited. We don't write them, commission them, or delete the negative ones. Where a product has no reviews, we show nothing. Read the full reviews policy.

Chase & Chew is a small operation run by people who've had their sofas, skirting boards and shoes destroyed by bored cats and dogs. We sell the things that give them something better to do. More on our about page.
